Who are Phil, Sarah & David

 The history… 

Phil graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education and spent the first eight years of his career teaching students of all ages and coaching several sports including volleyball, track & field and minor hockey.  Committed to contributing to the lives of others and giving back to the community, Phil’s professionalism and integrity are the foundation of his success.

With over 10 years of experience as a Realtor and investor in real estate, Phil brings a multitude of skills to his clients in the Calgary real estate market.  He is known for offering the highest level of professionalism in representing buyers and selling properties.  He offers expert market knowledge and a superior level of service that has brought him a great deal of respect within the real estate community, with his clients and amongst his peers.  Well-versed in negotiation and superior customer service, Phil is dedicated to meeting and exceeding your expectations.

Sarah Walczak brings with her superb people skills, having spent previous years as a course facilitator in the oil and gas industry.  Sarah has been a part of the team for over 5 years, providing excellent customer service at every level.  Clients are most impressed with her skills and knowledge of the industry and her ability to their needs, negotiating on their behalf and acting on their requests.

David Walczak is the newest member to the Lepage/Walczak & Associates Team.  He brings with him six years of real estate experience, where he has achieved numerous awards for this quality of service.  Specializing in residential listings and sales, David prides himself in providing clients with a positive and professional experience.  David’s strong work ethic and attention to detail allows him to truly understand his client’s wants and needs in the home buying or selling process.  His clients will tell you how they appreciate his ability to guide them from start to finish as well as always negotiate in their best interests.
